Antibiotici nella carne

Ciao a tutti! Oggi vi voglio raccontare un episodio che mi è capitato qualche giorno fa.

Una conoscente mi ha confidato che non sapeva che ci potessero essere degli antibiotici nei prosciutti che compriamo al supermercato. Io sono rimasta molto sbalordita da questa sua ignoranza. Lo davo per scontato, anzi ovvio! Per questo motivo ho deciso di affrontare l’argomento con questo articolo, così da poter informare chi ancora non è a conoscenza o non si è mai posto questa domanda. Ebbene Sì, anche le nostre amiche mucche, pecore, galline e amici maiali e polli si ammalano. Quindi per farli guarire gli allevatori, sotto la guida di un veterinario, somministrano delle medicine a questi animali. Finalmente da un po’ di tempo a questa parte negli scaffali dei supermercati vediamo qualche prodotto di macelleria con la dicitura: senza antibiotici. Quindi se vogliamo proprio fare la spesa al supermercato possiamo indirizzarci verso questi prodotti se non addirittura su quelli biologici con la famosa fogliolina verde. 😉
